Most of my requirements of perfection are related to pacing. The perfect rpg is just one that is made in a way that there are no boring moments in the game where you need to backtrack to kill 100 spiders in order to level up and continue making progress. Also moral alignments works better for pen and paper rpg's, but I think they're downright silly in some games. How is anyone supposed to know anything about you before you enter a town in Skyrim? It's always seemed like a bit of a writing shortcut, where more visceral and complicated reactions could be written into events - About to spare an innocent? Your chaotic evil follower curses you and moves to cut their throat and take their supplies. Maybe this seems a bit simplified, but it might be preferential to walking up to a new character who has already judged you based on events and choices they did not witness.
