So the title explains it all - what threads have you read on other forums that have been somewhat remarkable or otherwise unusual. Personally, I think Reddit is a great source for weird crap - two of my favourites are: Parents of Reddit, what is the creepiest thing your young child has ever said to you? - you'd be surprised by how many great ideas for horror films are in that thread. Throwaway time! What's your secret that could literally ruin your life if it came out? - some funny, some truly harrowing. I think my favourite is the guy who sold his house complete with a hidden fallout shelter which he had built, and instead of buying a new house he proceeds to live in that fallout shelter which he didn't tell the new owners about. Now you go.
great things worth reading, thanks for the links! I could also write some "life ruining" secrets there, but I don't want to.
Snail tipping I actually typed snail tipping into Google to see if there was any secret cult that goes out after the rain to find snails in people's gardens and then tips them over. It's not that thread is any quality reading, it's the potential that sits behind this concept. This may not be the link this forum needs right now, but it's the link that this forum deserves.
Hmm... Jojobobo has visited two interesting forums. One concerns creepy children while the other is about things capable of ruining your life. Anyone else think that Jojo's fiancée wants kids?
This piqued my curiosity, so I asked her about it last night. She stopped what she was doing, looked up at me, and replied "It would be an honour, sir." So then I said, "No, no, I meant with him" and she was like "Oh, sure, whatever" and promptly resumed her activities.
HOW DARE YOU?!?! No not really, I laughed. As for my selection of threads, the horrible secrets that could ruin your life a friend told me about some months ago knowing that I'd appreciate it - and the creepy kids one was just on a horror forum elsewhere. She's not desperate for children, honest!
Re: What's lewd about describing a conversation I had with someone while they were scrubbing the kitchen floor?
Unfortunately mutants are sterile. Tough luck Muro. Although it would be quite cool with a half-mutant/half-ogre baby. Giving birth to one, however...
Knowing the biological background of super mutant sterility, I think the problem could be solved with some genetic and/or cell engineering. Alternatively, I can also be pleased with human babies to throw in the Vat.
