where can i find small steam engine?

i got 6000pieces of gold, and i wanna buy it, where can i find it? i saw it once in inventor's shop... but i can't find it now.

when u need something like Nitroglycerine
there's usually only 1 for sale at one time

Small steam engines are sold by the inventors, there´s only 10% chance of him havin git for sale though. So you just have to either keep coming back each day or use the shop hack.
