Where is Passion Root found/bought?

Anyone? I'm going nuts trying to find some.

try looking in the temple of geshtianna in stillwater there's usually some there, outside near the altar not inside obviously ok Ioo

 

Vollinger, the gnome you meet at the pub in Dernholm, has one in his inventory. And what Ioo means by elven forest, just in case you haven't gotten that far yet, is the Glimmering Forest.

Well I found that bleeding passion root in the forest first, as I wasn't looking for it... who cares about all the bleeding altars?!
