Anyone see this? Glad I've been holding out on getting these games from GOG.com (although if they offered them all for the same price I got Arcanum on sale, which was about two dollars, I'd probably just go ahead and get them digitally...maybe GOG will offer a competing bundle for half the price? A man can dream).

    Includes:

    Baldur's Gate and expansions.
    Baldur's Gate 2 and expansions.
    Icewind Dale and expansions.
    Icewind Dale 2 and expansions.
    Temple of Elemental Evil.
    Planescape: Torment.

    All for only 20 dollars!

Looks like they're putting them on a few DVDs as opposed to separate CDs (I don't think they'd all quite fit on one DVD, since I think the total would be at least 6 GB, right? I may be overestimating the size of Baldur's Gate, though...). Also claims compatibility with Windows Vista and 7, so that's something (not sure if those games ever had any compatibility issues, though). I think it'll also be sold at retail if people don't like to order online.

Anyway, for anybody who still hasn't played some of these (probably pretty thin here, but then again I'm here and I've only played a little bit of Icewind Dale 1 out of all these), might be worth looking into. I plan to buy it.

There's also a "complete" Neverwinter Nights collectioncoming out for 30 dollars, though I'm not sure if my PC can handle even the original Neverwinter Nights (yes, it's that old, and very picky about what it plays...weird that Fable will play but not NN), so I probably won't pick it up. Plus Neverwinter Nights 2 would have no chance I'm sure so that's about half the pack that would be useless to me for the time being.

Even if you are a sales bot, thanks for pointing this out!

Please keep your eyes peeled for X-Com packages as well.

Sorry, real person, haha. I hardly ever run into useful salesbots, though the do exist on forums once in a huge, huge while.

Looks like this package got pushed back to December 6th, though. I'm annoyed because I was going to pick it up yesterday at the store, but oh well.

Thanks for pointing out that there's going to be an X-Com release, I want to get those games too.

Are they putting that out because of the new X-Com game they're making?

Hey Baramos, don't mind wayne. He likes you really - that's just his way of showing affection.

Unless you really are a sales bot, in which case you can LICK THE STINK FROM BETWEEN MY TOES, YOU FUNGAL-TONGUED CHEESEBALL!

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

I don't know that there is going to be an X-Com release, but one can hope.

Will somebody of the appropriate permissions please change Baramos's rank from whatever it is to "Sales bot"?

Xcom (and every sequel) is already available on Steam, which I have already previously purchased and thoroughly enjoyed.

Given that the admins usually do the opposite of what we suggest, I suspect that you're actually trying to get me banned again.

    Hmm... the opposite...

Golly! I sure hope nobody gives me a custom avatar and matching title! That's definitely not what I want!

No a spambot would be offering scaffolding or designer handbags, I think it's a real-life human person.

I'd like to be the first to welcome our AI overlords.

I'd like to remind them that as a local celebrity, I can help recruit others for their underground silicon mines.
