Admittedly, when I was an "active" activist instead of just a supporter, it was LGBTQ, but evidently they've expanded to cater to everyone*

*and by everyone I mean attention whoring idiots

I like Vittu. It's easy to use in various situations/combinations, and it can be shouted alone as well.. like when you're hammering your finger instead of the nail.

I will have you know that the pride in my name has been passed down the Steamcock line for generations!

Well good to know that your mother and your name have common traits.

"Favourite vulgarities" would make more sense.

I had hopes this thread would start an ever escalating series of witty comments.

I've never claimed to be clever.

Never did she. She did hope, however, that you would make sense. But alas, our poor azn grl has hoped in vain, for thou art not a sensemaker.

I actually imagined a type of bird when I saw the name Steamcock.

A clever innuendo, though. What's great about RunAway's posts is that 19th C, steampunk-scientist persona which he maintains and this one was a gem.

    Jolly good show, old boy!

It's true, that was quite the post. I did my best to seem unfazed, but in reality I thought it was very clever.

I hold a special place in my heart for clever innuendo and cheesy pick-up lines.

I recently got a chance to use one of the cheesiest ever on a Subway* employee.

"How would you like to try my footlong?"

I was met with shocking amounts of success, until it was revealed that I did not, in fact, have a footlong :(

*For those not familiar with the brand, Subway is a chain of sandwich shops. They offer their sandwiches in 6inch and footlong. The female workers at the shop were wearing shirts that said "try our spicy hot footlong!"

Best pick up line I ever heard was used on a friend of mine. "Hey cutie, wanna go half on a bastard with me?"

@Dane, next time order a small and she won't have to be so disappointed.

My housemate said "wanna go half on a baby?" and yeah he received a massive slap to the face. This was about 3 years ago.
