I recently received Arcanum as a gift in the mail from Amazon.com. The disc says PEGI on it. Do I need a European computer to run this game or can I play it on an American PC?

Should be working on any of today's PCs, so yes, just be sure that you really insert that CDs into that computer, and also do not microwave! :D (just kidding :p)

Actually, ZeroBot isn't kidding. It is imperative that you do not microwave.

No, it definitely wouldn't work. You need a North Korean computer for it.

That is, of course, until world war 3 starts at which point a south korean computer will become the standard.

Actually, there's no European (English) version of the game. The UK/US releases are exactly the same build, just different cover/package.

Also, what is an "American PC"? Do you mean the Windows version?

You're totally fine. Ignore most everything in this thread. Except DrogAlt. He knows more about this game than anybody, more or less.
