Game becoming unplayable due to random citizen attacks

If anyone can help on this it would be most appreciated! I am randomly attacked by citizens. I don't antagonize them in any way, nor have I performed any evil acts. I went to madam Lil's and they all attacked me after just saying hello. I spoke to William Thorndop and he attacked me. The Gnome kicking the dog attacked me after asking what he was doing and then the guards attacked me. I'm afraid to speak to anyone in this game.

Also, do you have any demon followers summoned?

 

I have the 1.074 patch and the UOP version .9 I believe plus the invensource and virgil.dat hacks. It's the most recent. I have no demon followers, just Virgil, Chukka, Sod Mead Mug, and the Dwarf from P Schuyler and sons.
I had a similar problem a long time ago - when I first got the game - but it was just this one halfling in Tarant that would attack for no reason. Now it seems to be everyone.

Nope, haven't been to The Boil yet at all.

 

Yeah, being ugly and having low charisma can lead to people attacking you in game after a conversation. The first time I played a half orc my beauty was low, and everyone I met in Shrouded Hills attacked me on sight.
