Can we curb the animosity about the random Hot Chip link and focus on what nero did right this time?

• 1) He's informed a community of presumed RPG fans of an RPG of which they might not have been aware.
  2) He did so in the General Discussion forum.

magikot did likewise in November about Dragon Age and now Zanza wants to eat his butthole.

You'll have to forgive me for assuming that you were using the forum as a marketing platform. The reason I made these assumptions was because your signature links to Darkfall, you made a thread all about their latest promotional offer, and you have been here for a very short time.

Don't know how I connected those things to you trying to sell us something, though. You have my most profound apologies.

Granted, there is an undeniable sales pitch tone to nero's post but the bulk of his post was highlighting the merits of the game.

Since you asked: yes, it does not take much of a stir to fan the flame of The House, and certainly you being new does not help. Again, yes you did disturb our social club by linking a techno video in an unrelated post which also happened to be your debut. First impressions are lasting impressions. You also managed to disturb our social club by pitching a video game to us; sales pitches are nuisances. What social club would that not disturb?

Just chill out and make your meaningless contributions at least amusing. Everybody hated Zanza when he first joined and just mark the esteemed ranks he has climbed!
Also, magikot is walking in circles for sadness. Throwing some money his way can only improve your position here.
