Is there a specific trigger for the orc riot quest?

I read in the Tarant paper that there was something happening but that's it. Any ideas?

 

if your talking about the orc's who go on strike....the position can be found south east of the bates mansion...this quest comes after quintarra or caladon i believe...there are different options poss. depending on character skills...

 

I don't think he's asking for the location. As for triggering it, I got it right after I finish half the story state.

 

Yes, I found the location of the factory orc workers...

I just thought that there was a trigger to it, such as talking to the captain of the guards(who I can't find) as opposed to a time for it to occur, as you suggest. I just wanted to be sure I didn't miss out on it since it sounds interesting!

 

I don't know exactly but the way I play the game, I only got it after finish half of the story state (uncertain). I keep going back to the bates mansion and then there's this one time I see all of those guards crowded in that area.
