I refuse to assume any responsibility for what goes on to the south of Dalälven. Stockholm is a cesspool full of people who fail to understand basic concepts like that rabbits were made for eating, not heating.

I wish this had been an option in SimSafari.

There are two other options they could do. 1 - have less parks and develop the city more. 2 - introduce more wolves into the park.

    I prefer option 2.

That's horrible. They should be fed to the homeless. A fat bum burns more than a bunny anyway.

I don't understand why they don't start harvesting and selling the meat. That sounds far more useful than just burning the damn things.

I bet that the total energy consumption of hutning them and transporting them to the heating plant far exceeds any energy gained. Rabbits don't have much meat to them. I'd be surprised if you could get as much as a pot of coffee to boil with one rabbit.

Another addition for the WTF, World? files. This is just mind-bogglingly wrong to the point where I'm actually looking at the screen going 'Are these people high or just out of their tiny little minds?'

I find this to be a revolutionary and innovative new use of bunnies.

It makes more sense if you assume that:
1 - It's necessary to hunt the bunnies, because there's too many of them
2 - It's necessary to scoop up and take the dead bunnies somewhere
3 - It's impossible to feed them to humans or other animals due to health regulations. They're quite useless.

Assuming the alternative is to pile them up and let them rot in some remote biohazard dump (you can't just fill a dumpster with dead animals), incinerating them might not be the worst idea ever. And if they can be made into biofuel then at least some of the funds can be returned.

However if it's less then 10 000 of them then it might not be worth the organizational effort. I wouldn't expect the bunny fuel to fill one tanker truck. Unlike plain disposing of the bodies, it takes trained personnel to process corpses into biofuel, or at least some of the staff have to know what they're doing. Their salaries will likely exceed the worth of the fuel produced.

Now if they were to compost the bunnies along with the elderly and babies with birth defects, that would be both ecologically sound and profitable.

Yes, cause getting devoured by a terrific predator is so much better than simply being shot.

Not to mention that wolves in public city parks may present a problem in and of itself.

Wolves only eat your children if you leave them out, wherein they think they're offerings.

It'd be an effective method of enforcing parents to actually keep an eye on their hellspawn. If their child gets munched by a wolf, you can then proceed to prosecute them for child neglect. A rather brilliant system actually.

    Not a problem.
When the wolves get out of hand just introduce the lions.

Indeed, nobody in their right mind would enter the park after that.
