Followers won't respond

Has anyone else had problems with followers not repsonding when you ask them to rejoin...after fighting in the pit on the island, my friend the dwarf won't rejoin...if I wait until morning he gets mad and leaves....HELP!

 

Yeah, I had a similar problem. You can tell your followers to either leave or wait. Waiting is a bit of a risk, because they may not want to join you again (as in your case) because you've left them alone too long. Telling them to leave means you have to travel back to where you originally found them - they'll still have all the equipment you gave them, but the disadvantage is that if you like to keep your followers at the same level as you (like I do) then they may become unsynchronised, so to speak.

 

"My friend dwarf" - is this Magnus? If so, I heard there's a bug with him, and i dunno solution (somebody from another forum wrote it)

 

There's alotta friendly dwarves in the game...

I had a problem with Virgil, I didn't tell him to wait, he just quit moving, and the only time he moved was when I changed my location...like going down the stairs or to another city. He wouldn't talk or fight, or move, he'd still die though. :smile:

 

Does anyone knows the reason why?

 

I would suggest a bug. But hey, that's just the logical reason...

 

well if it is Magnus he is just a bastard and u should just kill him(he is useless anyways) but i have heard that u could give him some dwarven stuff and he will join u again(i just killed him)
