how to get out of the damn room?

i happen to walk through a gate in tulla when i am searching for the device. and the door leads to a small room. there are two chests there, and some special tiems inside. I TAKE THE items and there is no way to get out from that room. there is another stone i can click but it lead to another upper room with two shefts occupied by a lot of books. i try all the methods to find a way to get out, but fail. can anyone help to tell me what happen actually?

 

When you have all of the items you must put on one and only one of the items then click on the post. You may wear your other items but only one of the quest items. I believe the ring is the first item to wear. To exit the last room, you must wear all of the quest items.

 

Can't you just look at the walkthrough on THIS SITE, and find out?

It IS... Well, must be - I'm not so sure cus I read it a long time ago. Netherless, I have a solution of this quest, and can quote it on the forum.
