I read somewhere there was another way to find Quintarra. I can't seem to get the pelt in Stillwater. Any suggestions appreciated!
Well, you can get a fake pelt from HT Parnell in Tarant (and there's any number of ways to get it as well). You can kill Myrth, and get the information off his body I believe (in the form of note or journal I think, that's what I've heard). Or you can just manually search for it - keep exploring the mountains near Stillwater for the location which gets you through the mountains. Hope it helps.
Twice in a row! You ARE an expert Jarinor! Tried picking Myrth's pocket…no note or journal. Killed the bugger and raided his chest to make sure…still no note or journal, but the fake pelt and a bit of honesty did the trick! Thank you, thank you, thank you! On with the game.
If you kill him take his amulet to the herbalist in Shrouded hills, and she will tell you how to get to Quintarra.
