Indeed, since there aren't any actual copyright for that. Even if, a 90-year old gramps shouting "Hey, your game is stealing from my nazi poster!"?. Good luck for him.

And besides there are enough changes to call the donn throgg poster a derivative work which changes the aspect somewhat.

 

If I was to guess, I would think that copyright of that kin of material has expired years ago. Nonetheless, the Don Throgg in-game poster could be seen as using a good motivation poster in a good way, at last. Of course good is a matter of perspective, but everyone know what I'm talking about.

This poster was also stolen from a food wholesaler based in Oklahoma City in 1988. They just threw in a couple of things and presto... all American poster.
Also would make a great title and cover for a gay porno.
