A lady looking for a strange weapon in Black Root ?

I met a girl in the Inn in Black Root (the door next to the Innkeeper looking for his safe), and she told me she was looking for a strange powerfull weapon.
However, the quest is not logged in my book.
Is it a true quest ?
Any hint / clue / comment ?

Yes it's a quest, but she won't actually give you the quest unless you have at least 1 rank in Throwing... so if you want to do that one you'll have to spend a CP on throwing and then talk to her about it... not sure if it works the second time around, up until now I only got this quest once has I usually don't go for throwing. It's a fun quest though, a little bit diferent, it's the quest for Master Throwing has you'll find out if you get it.

(BTW, the whole game has been translated here, which means that almost all names are changed. This translation is really good, and they kept the general humorous tone of the game. Great Job indeed. The only problem is the voice characterization _ a general problem here...)
