Yes there´s a scheme for machined plate.
It requires steam engine + elite plate mail.

Machined plate is in the dredge near the key to the toy train box room, by the way it's too heavy to be useful even for half-ogres even with 20+ strength

 

Both schematics are sold by the gunsmith in Tarant (near the train station).

 

cool and about machined plate can all races use it

I think the venfigroth pistol is best since it does 20-40 and it's speed is over 2x the speed of tesla and also it's a pistol so it leaves your other hand free. And it's msr is low, it also has a very slim ammo comsumtion.1 bullet

 

ive been thru the whole dredge and i havent found the key to the train box room nor the machined plate schematic so where the hell is it? is it somewhere in the three big rooms in the dredge or just in some chest
