Idiot Savant - scarred for life?

Hi!
Recently I started the game with an idiot savant character background. It gives a hefty bonus to intelligence but makes one`s character use dumb dialogue options. I wonder - is it possible to learn how to speak properly throughout the game (by reaching high enough int level) or is my character is cursed forever to act as retard during social interactions?

Pity. I thought playing a Living One would be beneficial to one`s mental health. How naive I was!
