A painting at black root mayor's mansion read 'MIA Sized'?

I accidentally came across a painting that show 'Something MIA sized' but have no luck in viewing with any eye wears. (including no luck with the prowling master glasses)

Does anyone has idea how to view it?

It's located on a wall between the black root mayor & the main hall.

I would try Glasses I have to go look at it but if they don't work IDK.

 

none work even for goggled helmet & wheel clan glasses :'(

@Darkform: I see it only a few times each playthrough, simply because of the easy-earned exp.

I quit doing that ages ago. Don't bother none. Also, there'sn't anything wrong with my contractions! It sucks for people who'ren't well versed in English, but most people on this forum seem to be. Also, I thought that Plastic_Couch made a mod, or did something significant for the modding community, but I can find nothing that hints of such things. I must be crazy. Maybe DU or somebody older at this forum can advise us on this matter (even though I'm a fairly old member. )
