give me a challenge

I actually jsut ditched him this morning.

I am on hard difficulty with a half-orc, no significant background, put a good amount of points into dex/melee/wp. I only went wp for harm and then later for stasis. I may eventually end up rolling guns on this guy but... for the most part I always like using my first fate point to get the sword of Baltar in dernholm.

 

I have a great challenge!

A half-Ogre gunner. That's right. FIREARMS skill.

On a serious note, play an inventor. That can be hard as heck!

 

playing an inventor is so difficult. i dont even know how you begin to solo as an inventor or even with a firearm skill. maybe with a little luck you could go firearms/inventor/ rogue.

 

I've done that. Easy as hell. He was the quickest leveling character I ever had.

 

An air and/or water elementalist.

Those guys can do nearly no damage with their spells.

But every character is playable if you use them correctly.

 

I hope you aren't talking about a half-ogre gunner. They can't hold firearms!

An inventor with no combat skills was your fastest leveling character?

 

Half Ogres can hold firearms, but no handguns easy solution: LGR or maybe Telsa Gun.

And an inventor with no combat skills just needs to make him-/herself very strong armor, and good equipment for his/her followers.

 

At least you'll make a shit load of money towards a fancy oak casket on your way to getting buried somewhere along the wilderness.
