If this is a hoax, Gordonfreeman must have a shitload of time on his hands. HOWEVER DE, i apologize for the second time, but you have got a lot of nerve to point a finger like that. Especially when this guy comes to you and shares the news.

PS: it turns out that the reason the portal opened up is the late beloved of Bane Kree. Now-turned-sorceress Isabelle conjures her power from deep beneath the mountains of the Morbihan Plains (sort of a female version of "the old man under the mountain"), gathering it for a grand retribution upon Arcanum with a two thousand years worth of grudge against the one (someone) responsible for Kree's demise.
So as the storm of her power swirls around the main character (once he faces her in battle), the character shouts out to her that her husband was a callous murderer.

you know, i have read some kick-ass fiction about Arcanum characters, and this thread may be used for sharing ideas. If anyone has created any new maps of Arcanum, I want to see 'em (i'm kind of into maps).
