Need shovel...

I'm trying to find a shovel so I can dig up Victor Minsk's dad's grave in Roseborough, but am having no luck. I even went back to Caladon to find the one I used on the grave there but I can't find it. The only place I know for sure that has one is Tarant or Black Root but that's a long way to go for a shovel. Any ideas on where to get one close?

 

A. barrel in Caladon guard tower.
B. dwarf in Caladon's graveyard.
C. download cargo-hold add-on to go below decks (if you have ship?)

 

Stock game: 50% chance for a general store (rural and city) and 70% chance for a junk dealer to have one.

There's a shovel for sale at just about every junk seller in the game. Go shopping.

 

I couldn't find one in Caladon or Roseborough. I also forgot I could sail to Blackroot directly from Caladon, OOPS, Sailed there and got one from junk dealer. Thanks for all the replies though. Just one more question, Will I have to do any more digging in the game past Roseborough?
