You get K'na-Tha on your map by accepting Clarissa Shalmo's quest to find the Azram's Star. Clarissa is in the bar in Black Root. In order for her to give you the quest, I think you have to have some throwing skill. Possibly even be an apprentice in throwing. But then, if you had at least 1 CP in it, why wouldn't you get apprenticed?
