Forcing quest Locations?

i dont suppose forcing falcons ache will make raven appear either?

 

was worth trying but it didn't work.

 

Raven will show up in Qintarra once you do the Myrth quest

I did the same thing last week - forced Qintarra, panicked when Raven didn't appear.

Turns out that regardless of whether you forced Qintarra or not, Raven will show up if you do the Stillwater Giant quest or steal Myrth's amulet and return it to the woman in shrouded hills.

Personally, I forced Stillwater, stole the amulet, then teleported to the Hills and returned it. That made Raven spawn in Qintarra.

 

There are a number of NPC's that are "toggled off" so they don't show up until something happens: flag, story state, quest, know location, etc. so don't panic.

I don't have a full list, but here's some interesting ones (maybe in order): King Loghaire, the Bedokaan & poachers, Councilman Willoughsby+Smythe then his enemy+Sabastian, Don Throgg, Franklin Payne, Gambler in Black Root, Weldo Rubin, Albert, The Realtor. When you're ready, Conspirators (and King Farad?) show up.
