arcanum user editing doc

Forgive me for asking this noobish question, but where can you find the arcanum user editing document? In the manual, it states that you can find it in your documentation directory in the installation disc. However, after all has been said and done, the only file I can find in the directory was labled 'potraits'. Certainly, there must be other files included with the game (the manual states that other things can be found in the directory). Can anyone please direct me to the proper location for this document, or to a download? Thanks.
