Yes, I did indeed finish it.
It now scales like this:
elf < other races < dwarf < Loghaire
evil < neutral < good

Melee and dodge skills scale as well as damage bonus.
Loghaire gets a bonus greater than anyone else because it is rightfully his weapon.

These bonuses are technological in nature. I explain this in terms of craftmanship. It was made by a dwarf for dwarves. Loghaire is more familiar with it so he gets the biggest bonus.

Ha Wow, Creativity ats its best. So right now Im working on getting the Lizard worroman and I got Virgil, magnus, and the silly dog (Which kicks Zombie/Molcheon/Wolf ass)

 

Pretty much anyones, when it's high enough level.

 

Ha, My dog did have trouble with those dastardly Ore Golem things, he also sucks against range, I had the misfortune to see my poor doggy die from a hand cannon, not pretty, much more cooler if Virgil loses and arm or leg, HA

 

I've decided that Dog is King or the Brute Fangs, and as such is the coolest follower out there. After he levels up a bit, he's probably the strongest fighter in the whole game. If I could have only one, it would be him. Now, if he'd just carry some stuff, he'd be perfect.

 

Yeah, but if he carried stuff, you really woulnd't need anyone else in your party. The Dog would be more god-like than...you know, the gods. You know what? That's what he is. He's the Canine War God.

I'm sure talking to the other dogs would be interesting. Talking to people would make the game hard.
However, to play the game as a dog, everyone would be on your case. The only things that would get along with you would be the other animals (well, you'd have maybe one bipedal companion). As opposed to tech versus magick, it would be nature versus civilization!
