Why don't you just cut your wrist and bleed to death?

A good site explaining the differences between NEWB and N00B can be found here.

I would like to ask for your thoughts as to how I should present my type written self on this site and also wish to formally apologize for my stupidity and beg forgiveness.

For starters, if you're worried about the spelling of Newb or NOOB, it's important to spell the rest of your post correctly too. For example:

As it starts a sentence, the 'w' should be a capital, like so: W.

Proper punctuation is important. This is the end of a question and so requires a question mark at the end.

'I' is a special word which should be capitalised.

The correct spelling here is 'know' as in knowledge.

Once again, 'I' should be capitalised.

The correct abbreviation is 'STFU' for "Shut The Fuck Up". I'm not sure where you acquired the extra 'U'.

Again, this is the end of a sentence and so requires a fullstop. American's call fullstops "periods" but to the rest of the world, a period is an event associated with the menstrual cycle of a young fertile woman. As this sentence could potentially be a run on, adding a comma at the start is also advisable.

Altogether, the corrected sentence is as follows:

Which is the right way to spell newb/noob? I want to know so that when I post STFU Newb/noob on a different site, it is correct.

    Wolfy:
-Idiotism is good for senior or intermediate members (senior - like DU or DE, intermediate - as Frigo, me, Maximus), but not for Juniors (editor: newbs).
Well, deathspike just repeats my story with spelling, when everyone tries to teach newby grammar.

Contrary to popular belief, some people never attain neither the "intermediate" nor "senior" status Sofokl is talking about. Examples of this are... Well, Sofokl.

There actually is a difference between newb, and noob, and n00b.

A newb is a new member to a forum, game, or whatever, who hasn't yet learned the rules and is still trying to ingratiate himself or herself to the community.

A noob is someone who has been a member or player long enough that they should know the rules, but doesn't because of a derth of competancy. While newbs are often hazed in some way, noobs are really the object of scorn, because it is clear to everyone else that they just don't learn the simple lessons of shutting the fuck up and being intelligent.

The word n00b is an insult used by noobs who speak in l33t to attempt to not be so lonely in how much they suck. It's usually directed at the so called 'intermediates,' who often take it upon themselves to help the seniors out in educating newbs and attacking noobs. Most intermediates usually don't have the finesse of the seniors, and end up causing fights. They usually win, but it's still loud and annoying.

If you guys want I'll go into detail about the behaviors of these so called 'juniors,' 'intermediates,' and 'seniors.' But not right now.

Thank you for clarifying that topic and I shal attempt to use correct grammar.

Also, could someone please post the rank scale for me. I have the understanding that one goes from "Untrained" to "Aprentice" but beyond that I am ignorant.
