    ok i already talked to Peoljian and got the quest to find the Vendingroth device but when do i get to use those cool Teleport windows in the guys room.

    I think you have to get the device first. If you ask the guy standing there (whatever his name is) about the windows, and then ask if you can use them, he'll tell you what the requirements are. You also cant be to tech, or you'll supposedly ruin them.

    When you first talk to him, before you talk to Pelojian you have the oppurtunity to ask him what the windows are and if you can use them. He says that when you have completed the task that Nasrudin has set you, then you can use them.

    If you don't ask him before you talk to Pelojian then you can't ask him again so far as I am aware.

    Completed the task Nasrudin has set you? So, basically, that means you can NEVER use the windows. Unless he means getting the vendigrothian device.

    But you can use them. It's not that hard, you talk to Simeon, talk to Pelojian, go and retrieve the device, talk to Simeon again and there. I used them whenever I could.
