I don't think the kids welfare is part of the problem, my welfare is harmed when I see that face pop up and scare me.

I think it's wrong to show the scary face to other people while taping it because I might see the recording and be scared.

 

And now we can't show the video of that übersensitive child to our acquaintances because it'll spoil the fun of showing the other video.
