MSR?

First time through the game and firt time to the forums,

well to the point, whenever i equip a rifle or something on my off hand with a revolver the weapon turns red and has (MSR #) printed across it

what does this mean?

also where was i supposed to learn what the acronymns on all the the items like FT- or TH meant without searching the web

 

I think it is the Minimum Strength Required to use the weapon properly.

 

I think the acronyms (some of them, anyway) are explained in the manual.

 

FT, Fatigue.
TH, To Hit.

 

thanks for the help I know what the all are now, i bought the game used so I have no manuals.
