Another bow question

I Just wanted to know if Tech blackSmith in Tarant sells the schem for Pyro Bow. He just keeps selling Blade Launcher, Envenomed Bow, Mech Dagger, Miners Helmet, Compaund Bow, Pyro Axe schems over and over again. I remember buing the schem with my previous char,but forgot where. And do I need sertain skills or stats in order for him to sell the schem to me?

i think he does... keep trying... or get the inventory hack so he sells everything he can sell

I'm not certain he does... I can't recall ever seeing him have it. I got mine everytime from a room in the BMC caves.
