How do I raise Dexterity?

For some reason, It's stuck at 14, and it's red.

How can I raise it?

 

If it's red, you've got yourself crippled. If you're trying to invest points in Dexterity and the game doesn't let you do so, then you have two basic questions to answer:
1) Are you patched?
2) Could your character's background be interfering?

 

It also might be possible that you're already maxed out in Dex but that you've taken THAT much dexterity damage. You need healing, major healing.

 

He could've equiped the Blackstone Blade. Cursed and bugged with a permanent dex hit.

 

On the wheel clan i got boosted on const..., strenght and reduced on all others....just beauty that remained normal....

I received a bonus on Constitution and Strenght.......Reduced all others.....excluding Beauty thatwas normal....but the strange is that i didn't fight no one...so it couldn't possibly be a scar....i don't know what was it!

 

Most scars don't raise strength, nor do they not affect beauty.

 

Each unhealed scar reduces beauty by one.

I have NO idea what Gabriel's talking about though.

I had Army Traning, and it said I get -1 for dex. :\

Is there a way to change my background, other than starting over?
