This last week we have had terrorist training at our nice little naval base. Amongst the great fun, of learning how to use a telescope police club, the dangers of facing a person armed with knives, shoting several hundred of shots with mp5 and a lot of other funny stuff, we got to try pepperspray. I will never bother a police officer again, not if he is armed with pepperspray. Pepperspray, if you did not know is a fluid destilled from the chilli plant. And it is one hundred percent efficient. Anyway we were lined upp on a line and the police fficers training uss in the use of the pepperspray gave us a nice little spray in the face, right atopp the eyes, i then waited for it to come into my eyes wich was closed at the time, and then I blinked only once. IT was bad it hurt a little but i was compleatly unable to open my eyes, i could not see, and it hurt more and more. Luckily i had a partner there who led me to a bucket of water. Damn i loved that bucket. Then for the next 20 minuttes i had my head in the bucket, my buddy changing the water every minnute or so, and we used cold water. And it was absolutly horribole. Just very very bad. for the first five minnutes i culd not see, i burped a lot and felt very very sick. So the morale of the story comes here: never mess with an police officer armed with pepperspray, because it is so extremly horribole to get into the eyes. Anyone else here tried this?
Yes, because i speak out of experience. I would rather go 5 more turns into the tear gas both than getting that into my eyes again.
I would much rather tackle a terrorist wielding a rpg than one carrying pepperspray. A rpg will just kill you as pepperspray makes you feel uncomfortable for hours. It's also hard to remove from your clothes which takes up alot of precious time.
Beeing sprayed is one painful experience. But I'm not sure which one hurt the most, in the eyes or in the open wound.
Or applying pepper spray to his eyes/ingesting it. Fish, when you say you'd rather face someone who's going to blow the crap out of you compared to someone with pepper spray, is that because you'd rather die instantly then be incapacitated and captured (following that line of thought, tortured)? Or that you'd rather die then get sprayed with it in the first place.
