pegan guide book missing

in tarant there is a guy who gives you a book on the pegan guides but this time when i went to get the book with my new character he doesnt give me a copy did i miss something ??

p.s. he mentions the book but he wont give it to me

 

Tarant is not the main place to talk about pagen religion. That is in Caladon after finding the dark elfs. So don't worry about the book. But what happened to thg book the first time you was there? If you have Virgil he can tell you every thing you need to know about the religion.
