In the tombs.... Winston Schuyler?

I have talked to Winston Shuyler and he told me to talk to his father. His father is either dead sitting in the chair or somewhere I don't know. Nothing happens when I try speaking to the body in the chair. Where is the father located? I've been stuck for sometime.

 

is a red spirt floating over the body if it is try talking to it again, if it isn't you can do 4 things 1 kill the Schuylers and get the key from one of the bodies and open the first cabinet get the note or 2 pick pocket the key and open the first cabinet 3pick the lock on the cabinet get the note 4 load a earlier game

 

Talk to the sons and if you side with them, they will conjure their father's spirit and he will tell you about the quest. You cannot conjure him though as I've tried and he said that he will only talk to his sons.
