I can combine mithril ore and ancient gun chasis to make a gun i forgot the name of it....the guns chasis is green and the other one is in yellow ...... WHY

 

and another matter .... there is someone in Blackroot who wants me to find his student .... where is he...

 

First the student is a bowman guard in Derholm ( or the like ) capital of Cumbria , second what is the sign over the mithril ore becouse yellow means you don't have enough skill in that tech-school which you can correct with the tech-manuals in Tarant.

 

This means that you do not have enough expertise in the required discipline. Look up which discipline it is, then buy manuals in this discipline from the bookseller in Tarant University until both items show up in green.

Do whatever you want. It is an rpg. Magnus was never very useful anyway, so go ahead. Do really mean that he kicked you ass? Or just attacked you. If magnus is kicking your ass you've got some problems.

and something else .... how do I use the lockpick skill because the doors are locked and i still can get them opened even if i have a 2 at lockpicking...what to do

 

Ask Magnus to wait somewhere far away from the pigs. Go kill the pigs. Then pick Magnus up again. Unless, of course, you need some backup against poor helpless piggies...

Locks have varying difficulty. The higher your lock pick skill, the more locks you can open. Plus get the Auto Skeleton key (Magnus can make it for you). Plus be an Expert in lock picking.

Or did you mean to ask how you actually apply your lock pick skill on doors?

Place the lock picks set into one of the slots of your "belt". Now click on them so your cursor changes to this strange mechanical looking thingy. Now click on the chest or door that you want unlocked. Don't forget to save before that, just in case, because locks tend to get jammed from time to time, and then you won't be able to open them until the next day.

now another matter i have reached caladon and i can`t solve the murder or the finding of iron clan key or the book..help me

 

Obviously, this post contains some spoilers. I think you can solve the murders by talking to the victims spirits. The key is in one of the glass cases inside the temple, I think that you have to talk to one of the priests to get it. Otherwise you could just kill the priest who maintains the spell that keeps the cases locked, but that could make it impossible to finnish the game in the good way. I wouldn't know, I always play evil.

As for the book, I suppose you mean mr Minsks? If so, go to the cemetary and talk to the filthy dwarf. Dig up mr Minsks grave and take the book. It's not the real one. The one you need is burried in his fathers grave, in that boring little town north of Caladon. If you need more help, I think there's alot more information in the quest section on the main site.

 

Murder- talk to the police chief and the witness, then to the police chief again, he will tell you about another murder. Visit the site. There you will see a writing on the wall. Go back to the police chief and tell him about it. Now you will know WHO to look for, the question is HOW to deal with him properly. You will need to send a telegram to a certain expert in the Tarantian University, and he will tell you to retrieve a certain something from a certain dungeon (brace yourself for some serious fighting against Seething Masses and Fire Elementals. You better have an extra sword or two, just in case). With this something, you go back to Caladon, to a special section of the sewers, and find your murderer.

Iron Clan key- you need to solve Mannox's mystery. You cannot do it until you have visited Nasruddin's remains in the temple however.

Book- which book? The one you need for the main plot or the one you need for the Iron Clan quest?

Is it ok if i have level 46 or i need higher to do this
..... and who are those guy`s in th Sour onion ( or somethig like this in caladon...is a bar) that when i ask them to trade they attack me for killing someone.....and they have the same note as another person in tarant Prowling master

 

The book you need for the plot- find the home of Victor Misk and talk to the woman there. She will tell you that he died and is buried in the cemetery. Go to the cemetery, talk to the dwarf who works there about digging up Misk's grave. He will given you the shovel and tell you to wait till night. Do as he says (wait till about midnight), wait for the guards to go to sleep and dig up the grave. The book you find there is not the one you need, but it will send you to another city, where you need to dig up another grave.

Hmm. Did you kill someone who belongs to the Underground? The stolen goods merchant in Tarant perhaps?

 

That`s right but does this effect me that much .... and another matter...u know that in the university there are 4 people...the one who sell`s u the tech book`....the one with the pagan gods and another gnome or halfing ....and another person in the same room as the dwarf with the books ... i killed that guy because he attacked me...is that bad

 

Depends. If you kill people of the Underground and then come to another Underground person to trade

If you intend to solve the Whytechurch murders quest- yes. You need that guy to tell you what to do. If you don't want to solve the quest, or you don't mind cheating- you'll live.
