I want to be a GOOD GOD!!!!

Maybe I've a little bored but whatever will somebody tell me how the hell do I convinve Kergan to give up his stupid ideas and just surrender and die.

I've killed him so many times that I really want to know if I can just talk him to death.

Please help...

 

u can .... but u need a mastery in persuasion and 20 charisma ...

Kergan to surrender without a fight to get this perk or status.

Persuation 20!!! I wish I could talk ememies to death instead of having to use weapons.

I have level 5 mastery in persuasion and 20 in charisma. I keep repeating and trying for several dialogue options and I can't seem to let Kerghan surrender. How did you do it?

With a charm spell? I thought that was only for animals? Oh yeah, I remember charming NPCs, did I? Anyway, will try.
