Download (courtesy of Dimensions of Arcanum): time.dat (20 mb) Your ship has docked at a small town to undergo repairs, but alas! The town has all but been destroyed! Your only clue is an old man and his crazy ramblings. But who is this crazy old man? What mysteries lie at the heart of the old ruins he speaks of? And most important of all... What time is it?
Now this is one well-written and thought out mod. It's a bitch to download on a 56k modem, but well worth it. It easily out-ranks the included Vormantown module, and lasts much longer. You effectively get to play it through twice, hence the name, and each time is slightly different, and adds to the story. There's even a little twist at the end, which some may or may not like, but even so, the module itself is well worth playing. This module is intuitive, and leads you though it well, and is enjoyable throughout the entire thing. It also plays through well, for both multiplayer and singleplayer, which is a bonus. If you want to get extra module for Arcanum, whether it be for multiplayer, or simply to expand your singleplayer experience, make this one of the first you download.
Essentially a long, long dungeon crawl, done twice - but I'm a sucker for time-travel stories. Nice (if a little predictable) twist at the end.
erm... I'm stuck? I found a time gate thingy, but I can't go through it, and I found a staircase but it's blocked off -_-the only other way is back up... which is mildly pointless...
Yes I too wonder how in the nine hells Do you make it multilplayer??? If you tell me I'll kill Cher!!!! (That Ugly as f*ck singer)
Please be a bit more specific. Is it that you've downloaded the module but don't know how to start it? Simple - just enter Options from the menu. There you can change what module Arcanum will play with.
Firstly, I've downloaded the module name "TIME" I've extracted it to the module dictionary and restarted arcanum.exe, but when I opened arcanum.exe, it only has Vormantown. Please tell me how to install it?
