Ok, whats the easiest way to get the Bangellian Scourge without losing any party members? Im a level 43 thief / master of dodge and melee, so should i make all of them wait at the door, use some potions of haste....run like hell inside, grab it, and use a scroll of exit? This would be what id do but I dont want to test it out as i have limited time on the computer this week.

You're level 43, a melee Master, and you can't fight your way through the Bangellian Deeps???
Just walk in and kill them all. The Cursed Paladin and his bunch of bullies may be somewhat of a trouble- but that depends on your fighting style and equipment.

My gosh, I hate the Cursed Paladin! The last time I fought him and his bitches, I was using a female human gun-technologist-bandit. She was a Firearms Master, armed with a Droch's Warbringer, and equipped with Mechanized Plate, and I still barely made it through alive. It's the Paladin's damn healing spells. For some reason, he also seemed to replenish his fatigue, which made no sense, since there weren't any Fatigue Restore potions on his body.

As a gunslinger, I made it through on my second try - turns out I was being too cautious the first time (although I did lose Virgil, which, of course, made me quickload).

He is an Undead, they don't run out of fatigue.
If you're a tech, use Stun grenades, they paralyse the whole "welcoming commitee" for a couple of TBC turns. Or a Potion of Paralysis (schematics from Half Ogre Island), it works almost like the Stasis spell, complete paralysis.
The only problem I had was that Paladin's bitches seem to be good aligned, and I was losing some follower reaction for killing them.

Yeah, I think I experienced the same thing with another character. My bandit didn't have a stun grenade on her person at the time...good advice though. Wouldn't it be funny if "bitch" was the standard word for enchanted beings in the game? Think of it: Defiler's Bitch, Lord's Bitch, Paladin's Bitch, Black Defiler's Bitch, etc etc. Of course, this is only amusing in concept; if they implemented that in the actual game it would be insufferable.

I normally fight my way through, but in the past I have asked my followers to wait outside and used the ring of shadows.
A prowl master can also sneak past everything if your careful.

I did this cave at like 30. Was pretty easy, but of course I was a magic user with disintrigrate.

I believe if you aim at the main paladin guy(hes not red), and kill him the others will vanish. Try to stun him then kill him, then enter Real time combat and his cronies should be gone.

What did you do with the rest of your CPs???
A melee character MUST have ST20- for a HUGE damage bonus that comes with it. At the very least, a tech player must have ST9 for a Pyro axe. You're carrying a BALANCED SWORD? No wonder you can't get through the Deeps...

Becoming the Master of melee combat with a Strength score of 7 was pretty bold of you, to say the least. :)

You would had been better served by investing points in Throwing though. Boomerangs and chakrams doesn't need much strength to become effective.

Tell me, how did you do to bring down Garrick Stout? Did you really hack him down with merely a balanced sword? Oh, and as Solaris said, could you please tell us your entire stats - that way we could help you better.

Oh, and unless you're too inclined to technology, I'd advice you to use the filament sword instead - unless you still have the sword from the pits at the Isle of Despair.

There is actualy quite easy way to kill the Paladin even with lv.28 Technologist. Just shoot (or something else) his friends. He tryis to heal them and looses fatique and turns. Then simply plast him with something that take lots of fatique like Looking clas rifle or Mace of some kind.
Then you can kill him when his lying on the ground...

If you have a mage with disintergrate (which you obviosly don't, but I'll post this anyway) you can sneak around the corner and disintergrate the CP before he sees you. If you have not entered combat mode to do this, then the other paladins should just walk around and not attack you.
