    The trick is to sneak in through the RP forum, like I did. People are nice there, and you can establish yourself and become a regular before venturing to the GD.

    I didn't really get flamed, but it was a long time before I ventured into the GD I stuck to the Arcanum forums mostly. Back in those days I only really posted in threads involving Wolf or Settler.

    Yeah, she lived happily ever after...without a family.
    One of the older versions I heard had her trapped in the basement of a foster family, wearing a set of full-plate armor that she was unable to take off of herself. The armor also happened to be chained to a wall. She was told, "If you can take the armor off, you can go see your grandmother."
    It ends the same as just about every other version, but it's very creepy to start out.
