Once, a friend of mine shot "milk" out of his nose while laughing. He was drinking root beer.

 

I've puked of a friends balcony through my nose while laughing. Beat that!

 

Your story is possible. Mine defies explanation.
Was it really milk? Did my friend suffer from spontaneous rhino-lactation?
