Oh, and I have like 10cm wavy black hair, which is semi-long by Turkish standards (short is <1cm and normal is about 2-3cm at most here). Your 40cm would pass as long.

Lots may define numbers, but a crushing percentage of Arabs are still Muslim. You have Christian Arabs like Maurinites (?) around Lebanon and there are others as well, but Muslims have overwhelming majority in Arabic nations.
