    thank you for finnaly looking at this topic. now, on to the matters at hand. there's this glitch that keeps happening where the characters stop and the background "Recycles" itself. the only think that moves is people's shadows. is there anyway that i can fix it?

    I had this happen. Your video card is not compatible with the game for some reason.

    The Solution:
    Run the program in safe mode it should be an option in your start menu or buy a new video card.

    First, try upgrading the drivers for your graphics card and installing the latest DirectX (8.0a, I think).
