I definitely agree with ya there Xento. I am a firm believer in respect you're elders, but I have met people that have seemingly gone through life without getting ANY wiser (or any more intelligent either). I don't really understand how they do it.

 

The fool thinks himself a wise man. The wise man knows he's a fool.

Wisdom is relative. Everyone has wisdom, just different fields of it. Of course, some might not use it. Personally, I think using wisdom is impractical and too bothersome, not to mention tiring. :razz:

I think that just means you're not really that foolish to not know your own weaknessess.

 

Oh, I can see the foolishness all right. You DO realise you can't have a wise fool don't you? Wise and foolish are counterstatements (you like those don't you?) since they mean the opposite thing. A wise man has high wisdom. A fool has low wisdom. You can have an intelligent fool - someone who understands things but acts rashly, or you can have a thick as shit wise person, who knows alot about what they know, but don't know a lot about anything.

However, you CANNOT have a wise fool. :razz:

I think it means knowledge "To know what is fact and what is just a theory. Therefore accepting fact for the truth and not a theory that hasn't been proven." :lol:

 

I thought it meant that you know the limitations in your knowledge. so that you know that you don't know everything, and take that into account when you make your choices.
