Wow. I wonder if he has enough brain matter left to regret failing.

Some people can be so thick-skulled sometimes.

Either this guy is the Elephant Man or that's one grossly overlooked typo.

Wow...five to his head and one to his chest and he's just in a coma? He must be one hell of a bad shot.

A millimeter is still a millimeter no matter where you are in the world. I think America is the last place on Earth that doesn't use the metric system yet. Funny what the omission of one little decimal point does for an entire article.

I guess one good fail deserves another.

I'm surprised the rounds were still in his head.
    Half-loads?

If they're 5.5mm, it makes sense that he lived. Those are quite a low caliber.

You know what? It's like a double negative, so he wins! His prize is a coma.

Nope. He didn't fail at failing because he succeeded at failing to commit suicide. Yeah, it's a twister for anyone else.
But shit, I'd love to be able to take 5 slugs to the head and one to the chest. That's god damned superman.

Actually, if you convert it to imperial, he shot himself with a .22. That's something that'd be pretty damn easy to survive.

    One, maybe, but five.
.22's like to bounce when they hit bone. Surviving the pachinko that must have gone on inside his skull actually surprises me.

If I ever decide to leave this world by shooting myself, I'll never do it with anything less than .308 Winchester.

    Just use this, DE.

BTW: down at the bottom where it shows the weapon flying backwards over the guys head. Actually had that happen to me with a different weapon. A black-powder hand cannon.
Only it didn't fly over my head until after it hit my head. owie

Only time I got hurt by a gun was when as an 8 year old Dad let me have a go with his shotgun, If he hadn't been helping me hold the gun I think I would have actually been thrown to the ground.

Heh, wouldn't really matter what part of your head you hit with that cannon.

At 13+ pounds though, it wouldn't be horribly accurate as a personal side arm unless you put a shoulder stock on it, and that kinda defeats the purpose of having a handgun in the first place.

I was about the same age when I first used dad's hunting rifle. Didn't know how to fucking hold a gun back then, and it kicked my shoulder like an ardennes with rabies.
