It's one of those corrupt saves where trying to load asks you if you want to quit. I got it trying to use the usually reliable save game editor to give myself a schematic - it seems to have screwed up the offset of all the found schematics. What can I do, besides going back to my -9 level save and backing up saves/saving more often/not using autosave as much? Can anyone here fix saves? I can do nothing to help, save on your backup every level and and before you edit anything from now on. WIsh I could give you a hand, but hexediting your save file is a little beyond me, especially since I don't know EXACTLY what you've done. Could turn your graphic into Madam Lil's and end up turning all your weapons into fatigue potions.
