It originally appeared on <A HREF="http://arcanum.dp.ua/" target="_blank">Arcanum City</A>, a Russian Arcanum fansite he works for. He was kind enough to translate it for us non-Russian speaking folks, and although it needed a bit of editing, it's now quite a complete guide to world map creation.
