work in progress beta 2.2 question

I have downloaded and installed this mod. Get the chest with the book that says it is installed correctly. I have the official patch installed before installing mod. I have made it to the first wise women in Shrouded Hills and she does not have all the Arcane equipment in stock. I have followed the read me install guide.

I thought this had the arcane equipment hack in it. I started a new game after install. I also used Arcanedit to up my magic aptitude( so as not to use dark helm) and added 50 char. points at the beginning.

Did I miss any thing? Is the official patch file to be deleted when copying the mod's patch file over?
