Why do ALL my followers............

wanna use them flying discs?

When I get one and give it to a follower, the next thing I know is that the're throwing it and none have any throw sill from

Sogg
Chukka
Magnus
Virgil
Dayna

They all want to throw it. If dog had an inventory He'd probably want to use it.

Me being low in str have to suffer on the road carring this thing around (hehehe) I know throw it away...........but I'm a pack rat and keep most everything.

Followers seem to choose their weapons by a) overall damage value and b) how far away the enemy is.

Funny story. I think I mentioned it before but I'm old and my memory stinks. Anyway, I was going through the sewers in Tarant or Caladon, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why the Kung Phooey Theatre noise kept playing just before one or more of my followers took major damage. Turned out I'd let Virgil carry the Flying Yo-Yo of Doom for me and he was whacking everyone in the party with it, including himself. Silly boy, but that's why I love him.

 

You must carefully monitor your followers inventory, they have a massive tendency to use crap.
Early on, I remember Virgil would choose a Railroad Spike over a sword, and that stick he starts with over a railroad spike

 

Sebastian throws, but he won't use the Star. Haven't tried him with the Flying Yo-Yo of Doom yet.

That stick Vergil comes with is better than RR Spikes. Fists are better than RR Spikes.
