That's not me, that's my brother Billy. He's the good-lookin' one in the family. Mama always said that Billy was the purdy one, and I wuz the smart one.

Case-in-point: I had all my teeth pulled when I wuz 20, so I could fit more chewing tobbaky in my mouth. Also, I knew that my teeth wuz gonna fall out eventually, anyway. Billy waited until his rotted, and then he lost them all that night we got lit, and he tried to get a dollar bill I had taped to the horns of Daddy's bull, using just his mouth.

Whee, fun times.

If cog no1 turns clockwise that would turn cog no2 anti-clockwise which would turn cog no3 clockwise which in turn would cause cog no1 to turn in which direction?

I actually got more amusement outta this post than the gears not working. I live in King County in Washington. We just spent 1.8 Billion to install 3 miles of light rail. Fifteen or twenty years ago we ripped up ALL of the light-rail in the area because it was deemed "useless" and outdated. Sorry, I'm a little jaded when it comes to humor regarding ineffective cities.
